JOSEPH’S WELL WELCOMES THREE NEW HEALTHCARE AND TRAINING SPECIALISTS
Tuesday December 9, 2025We’re pleased to welcome three new organisations to Joseph’s Well: Mentor Merlin Limited, OxyHealthCare Limited and Rehabwell 360 Physiotherapy & Healthcare Limited. Together, they have taken 2,318 sq ft of workspace in the building, further strengthening the growing cluster of healthcare, wellbeing and clinical training services based here.
Mentor Merlin
Mentor Merlin has moved into a 940 sq ft suite to create a dedicated training centre for students preparing for their Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). With existing OSCE test suites already at Joseph’s Well, their new space allows both training and assessment to take place in one location – offering students a streamlined and supportive experience.
“Being located within the same building as the OSCE testing suites makes a real difference for our students. It gives them a seamless experience from training to assessment, and the professional setting at Joseph’s Well reflects the high standards we aim to deliver.”

OxyHealthCare
OxyHealthCare has opened a 700 sq ft clinic providing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for recovery, rehabilitation and wellbeing. The new Leeds centre supports two franchise territories across the North and South regions, helping to increase access to HBOT services across Yorkshire.
“We needed a location that felt calm for clients and practical for referrals. Joseph’s Well offered the right environment and convenience for people travelling into the city.”

Rehabwell 360
Rehabwell 360 Physiotherapy & Healthcare has taken 678 sq ft to establish a new physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice, adding another valuable clinical service to the building.
“A flexible, professional workspace was important to us, in a location that would work well for our clients. Joseph’s Well ticked all the boxes, and being part of a community of healthcare providers is a real bonus.”

Joseph’s Well continues to attract healthcare and professional service organisations seeking adaptable workspaces, strong connectivity and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Bruce Strachan, Property Director at Pullans, commented: “Leeds has a thriving healthcare sector, and it’s encouraging to see organisations of this kind not only expanding but choosing to do so in the city centre. We’re pleased Joseph’s Well can play a role in supporting that growth and creating an environment where these businesses can collaborate and thrive.”
