A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS: PLANNING APPROVED FOR LANDMARK JOSEPH’S WELL STUDENT TOWER

We are delighted to announce that Pullans has secured full planning approval for a major new student living development at Joseph’s Well in Leeds city centre and has appointed McLaren Construction Yorkshire and North East as main contractor. The 14-storey building, known as The Tower, will provide 256 high-quality student bedrooms in a mix of studios and cluster apartments, alongside thoughtfully designed communal and amenity spaces that support wellbeing, connection and everyday student life. This project is the single largest investment in Pullans’ 140-year history and represents the most significant evolution of the Joseph’s Well estate in more than 45 years.
