Together Women are celebrating its 20th anniversary with a move to a new, larger home at Joseph’s Well, creating a more connected space to support women across the region. The Yorkshire and Humber charity has relocated its Leeds base from 13 Park Square East after outgrowing its previous offices, reflecting both the growth of its team and increasing demand for its services. We are delighted to have agreed a lease for 4,931 sq ft and delivered the design and fit out of the new workspace. The tailored environment includes meeting rooms, consultation spaces, showers and kitchen facilities, supporting both staff and service users. The move provides Together Women with a central, accessible base, close to transport links, enabling the organisation to expand its services and strengthen collaboration with partners. The new space will support more group sessions, one-to-one support and partnership working, helping deliver more coordinated support for women facing complex challenges. APSLEY HOUSE FULLY LET FOLLOWING TWO MAJOR OFFICE LETTINGS IN LEEDS

We have completed two significant lettings at Apsley House on Wellington Street in Leeds, bringing the landmark city centre office building to full occupancy. Lantern Group has expanded and relocated its head office to occupy the entire third floor (10,360 sq ft), while adult education and training provider Aim2Learn has taken the whole first floor (14,340 sq ft). Together, the deals total 24,700 sq ft and complete the building’s occupier line-up alongside Accenture, Carter Towler, Image Sound and KVH Media. Apsley House is a historic Grade II listed building in Leeds’ prime professional and business district. Originally designed at the turn of the 20th century by architect George Carson as a wholesale department store, the building has been carefully repurposed to provide high-quality contemporary office space. Its flexible, characterful environment continues to attract ambitious organisations to Leeds city centre. A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS: PLANNING APPROVED FOR LANDMARK JOSEPH’S WELL STUDENT TOWER

We are delighted to announce that Pullans has secured full planning approval for a major new student living development at Joseph’s Well in Leeds city centre and has appointed McLaren Construction Yorkshire and North East as main contractor. The 14-storey building, known as The Tower, will provide 256 high-quality student bedrooms in a mix of studios and cluster apartments, alongside thoughtfully designed communal and amenity spaces that support wellbeing, connection and everyday student life. This project is the single largest investment in Pullans’ 140-year history and represents the most significant evolution of the Joseph’s Well estate in more than 45 years. HOWLEY PARK SECURES THREE NEW LETTINGS AS BUSINESSES SCALE UP

We’re delighted to have completed three major lettings at Logistics Hub Howley Park Estate, totalling over 62,000 sq ft, reinforcing the site’s position as a key industrial and logistics location in West Yorkshire located at Junction 28 of the M62 in Morley, Leeds. The largest of the deals sees Coptrin Limited expand from 40,000 sq ft to now occupy 55,740 sq ft across Units 1, 2 and 4 on a 10-year lease. The company, a major supplier of catering packaging and biodegradable products, have expanded into the new space for warehousing and distribution to meet increasing demand. Meanwhile, The Yorkshire Resin Company Limited, a long-standing tenant at Howley Park, who are specialists in the installation of resin driveways and car parks, has taken 6,662 sq ft at Unit 5 also on a 10-year lease. This marks a step up from their previous premises at the park, providing enhanced storage, showroom, and office facilities to support their continued growth at Logistics Hub.
