TOGETHER WOMEN MARKS 20 YEARS WITH MOVE TO JOSEPHS WELL

Together Women are celebrating its 20th anniversary with a move to a new, larger home at Joseph’s Well, creating a more connected space to support women across the region. The Yorkshire and Humber charity has relocated its Leeds base from 13 Park Square East after outgrowing its previous offices, reflecting both the growth of its team and increasing demand for its services. We are delighted to have agreed a lease for 4,931 sq ft and delivered the design and fit out of the new workspace. The tailored environment includes meeting rooms, consultation spaces, showers and kitchen facilities, supporting both staff and service users. The move provides Together Women with a central, accessible base, close to transport links, enabling the organisation to expand its services and strengthen collaboration with partners. The new space will support more group sessions, one-to-one support and partnership working, helping deliver more coordinated support for women facing complex challenges. DAY ONE TRAUMA SUPPORT CHOOSES JOSEPH’S WELL FOR FIRST NATIONAL OFFICE IN LEEDS

Day One Trauma Support, a rapidly expanding national charity that supports people and families affected by major physical trauma, has secured its first dedicated office space at Joseph’s Well in Leeds city centre. The 1,159 sq ft letting represents a significant milestone for the charity since achieving national status in 2021 and reflects its ongoing growth and commitment to providing vital support services to people with life-changing injuries. Joseph’s Well, managed by J Pullan & Sons Ltd (Pullans), is a thoughtfully refurbished former mill that has been transformed into a flexible multi-let office building. CREATIVERACE RE-LOCATES TO JOSEPH’S WELL TO EMBRACE INDEPENDENCE AND CREATIVITY

A huge welcome to CreativeRace to our landmark building Joseph’s Well here in Leeds city centre. Taking up 5,209 sq ft of office space in a tailored ground floor space steeped in history, once the former home of the iconic music venue, The Well. Our in-house design and fit-out team have transformed the workspace blending original historical features, re-purposing the original dance floor as a dedicated photography studio and throughout the whole re-fit kept an industrial chic look and feel. Gordon Bethell, of CreativeRace, commented: As our current lease came to renewal, we took the opportunity to reflect on our future requirements and focused on a workspace that inspired creativity and content creation whilst serving our functional needs. CARTER TOWLER RELOCATE THEIR HQ OFFICE TO APSLEY HOUSE

Chartered surveyors Carter Towler have relocated its headquarters to a more prominent and spacious office at Apsley House, Wellington Street, Leeds. Pullan's agreed the 5 year lease on 5,650 sq ft of ground-floor office space within the distinctive Grade II listed building with Carter Towler. Constructed in 1903 and featuring an impressive brick and red terracotta facade, the four-storey historic building was designed at the turn of the 20th century by noted architect George Carson. The listed former wholesale department store now provides high quality modern office space. TIS, the independent life safety, security and communications systems integrator has recently relocated its regional office base from Morley to Joseph’s Well, the heritage building in Leeds city centre after agreeing a lease with J Pullan & Son’s. The 807 square feet office suite provides the ideal city centre base for TIS to work in partnership with The University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and The Royal Armouries; designing, installing and maintaining highly-compliant life safety and security systems that protect people, places and spaces. LEEDS TEACHING HOSPITAL NHS TRUST TAKE 43,731 SQ FT AT JOSEPH’S WELL

Pullan's have agreed a letting of 43,731 square feet of office space at Joseph’s Well, its Leeds city-centre site to Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. The eight-year letting plays an integral part of the Trust’s plans to build a new state-of-the-art hospital at the historic Leeds General Infirmary site. The letting comprises office accommodation over three floors which consists, contemporary workspace areas, meeting rooms, communal kitchens and breakout areas all fully-fitted within the 150,000 square feet heritage building. The letting facilitates the relocation of clinical and non-clinical staff in preparation for the build of a new state-of-the-art hospital which will include a new home for Leeds Children’s Hospitals, new adults’ hospital and maternity centre.
