Two Yorkshire businesses have expanded their operations at Howley Park Estate in Morley, taking more than 17,000 sq ft of industrial space at the Logistics Hub development. Total Resource (UK) Limited has taken 8,586 sq ft at Unit 7, relocating from its previous Leeds depot. The company supplies traffic management and maintenance equipment across the UK and will use the premises as a combined storage, servicing and office facility. Thermo King UK Limited has relocated from South Kirkby to Unit 6, comprising 8,488 sq ft. The business specialises in the servicing and maintenance of refrigerated units for commercial vehicles and has fitted out the unit to provide workshop space, secure parking and improved customer vehicle handling facilities. Both businesses cited the estate’s accessibility, extensive yard space and proximity to Junction 28 of the M62 as key factors in their decision to relocate. Together Women are celebrating its 20th anniversary with a move to a new, larger home at Joseph’s Well, creating a more connected space to support women across the region. The Yorkshire and Humber charity has relocated its Leeds base from 13 Park Square East after outgrowing its previous offices, reflecting both the growth of its team and increasing demand for its services. We are delighted to have agreed a lease for 4,931 sq ft and delivered the design and fit out of the new workspace. The tailored environment includes meeting rooms, consultation spaces, showers and kitchen facilities, supporting both staff and service users. APSLEY HOUSE FULLY LET FOLLOWING TWO MAJOR OFFICE LETTINGS IN LEEDS

We have completed two significant lettings at Apsley House on Wellington Street in Leeds, bringing the landmark city centre office building to full occupancy. Lantern Group has expanded and relocated its head office to occupy the entire third floor (10,360 sq ft), while adult education and training provider Aim2Learn has taken the whole first floor (14,340 sq ft).
